Ordering

1. From USA:

a. Lower (48) Continental States - Order through www.jaysystems.com. Pay through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted.

b. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico - Order by email. An invoice will be emailed back for payment through PayPal with the calculated shipping charges.

2. Global (other than USA) - Order through Jay Retail System Store on eBay.

3. Buyer accepts all terms and conditions set forth herein upon ordering.

Shipping

1. USA:

a. Lower (48) Continental States - UPS Ground.

b. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico - Best way.

2. Global (other than USA) - Global International Forwarding Service through eBay.

3. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

4. Orders shipped on normal business days between Monday & Friday.

5. Orders shipped same day when received prior to 3:00 PM EST.

6. Shipping charges are calculated by location.

7. Shipping time is counted from day of shipment.

8. Items may be shipped from different locations within USA.

9. Shipments are made to buyer’s location only. Drop shipments are not automatically available. An agreement must be made between JRS & buyer.

Returns

1. Situations:

a. BUYER WANTS TO EXCHANGE PRODUCT - Buyer must inspect product within1st 24 hours of receipt. Buyer must notify JRS within 30-days to request exchange. Exchange must be of equal or more value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. See General Conditions.

b. PRODUCT RECEIVED DAMAGED - Buyer must inspect product within 1st 24 hours of receipt. If product is found damaged do not attempt to repair or use it. Product is insured. Any disturbance made to product or shipping carton, other than inspection, voids warranty; and all subsequent costs will be borne by the buyer. Notify jay@bletzinger.com to report damage & to receive instructions. JRS, the shipper, will handle the paper work. See General Conditions.

c. PRODUCT RECEIVED UNDAMAGED BUT NOT WORKING - Buyer must inspect product within 1st 24 hours of receipt. Notify JRS to report status & to receive Case ID #. We offer RMA Replacement without any restocking fee or shipping charges to support customers who have received a product verified as defective with our valid Case ID number. See General Conditions.

d. PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED BY SHIPPING COMPANY OR IS REFUSED - When a product cannot be delivered to given address & is returned to JRS a restocking charge of 20% plus all applicable additional shipping charges will apply. See General Conditions.

e. PRODUCT RECEIVED - BUYER DOES NOT WANT - Buyer must notify JRS within (30) days of order date for return instructions. A restocking charge of 20% plus all applicable additional shipping charges will apply. See General Conditions.

2. General Conditions - All conditions must be met for product to be ineligible for return:

a. JRS accepts returns form original buyer at buyer’s expense within (30) days from the original invoice date of order.

b. It is mandatory to have an RMA in order to return a product to JRS. Contact JRS and request an Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). Follow all instructions on the RMA.

c. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization & an RMA. Any product received without an RMA will be refused & returned to buyer.

d. Once issued, an RMA is valid for (15) days. Returned product must be received with this time frame. RMA will not be extended or reissued.

e. Returned product must be new, newer used, & free of any scratches, damages, etc. Product must include all accessories, manuals, components, cables, etc originally received in box with product. Product must be packed in the original carton with the original packaging material intact the same way buyer received it. Carton must not have any markings, writings, labels, etc on it other than the original factory or JRS markings. JRS does not provide replacement shipping cartons

f. 3rd party software is not eligible for return because of the licencing & copyright restrictions prohibited by the 3rd party software vendors. Buyer must do due diligence to throughly research features and compatibility to ensure software purchases meets buyer’s requirements. Software media must be exchanged with the software publisher directly.

g. Products with serial numbers must match the serial number of the product originally purchased from JRS. If such product was not purchased from JRS the product is ineligible for free warranty service. In such a case, the item in question will either be returned to the buyer or repaired for a fee.

h. Refunds require (5) business days to process through original payment account. The time it takes before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card depends on your credit/debit card policy.

i. A Restocking Charge of 20% plus any additional shipping charges will apply to applicable return situations.

j. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lifetime Limited Product Warranty

1. Lifetime Warranty extends to products that are used under normal operating conditions for the purpose intended.

2. This warranty is made possible by the Company’s control of & access to product components that are kept on hand & available long term & the software that the Company develops & produces.

3. Limited refers to any applicable shipping terms & conditions listed under the Lifetime Warranty Schedule.

4. Warranty is voided when an applicable product label or serial number label is removed or defaced.

5. Products are defined as completely assembled units only. Parts removed & sent in separately are not eligible. All accessories, cables, keys, etc are also excluded.

3. If repair is fault of buyer (dropped, etc) all shipping, parts & labor charges apply.
4. Repair is no charge. User pays shipping charges both ways. User should remit $25.00 USD along with product when returned for repair to cover the return shipping charges, otherwise repair will be returned C.O.D. for the amount of shipping & handling charges.

Privacy Policy

Customer privacy is important. JRS never shares personal identifiable information without prior consent. JRS gathers certain types of information to improve buyer’s shopping experience & to communicate about our products, services, promotions, etc. JRS collects two types of information from customers which are stored in a secure database:

1. Voluntary information - Personal identifiable information that JRS customers provide when registering with JRS includes: name, e-mail address, billing & shipping addresses, phone, credit card, number of visits, browser used, etc. Data makes it possible for customers to purchase items, receive electronic newsletters and enter contests & other promotional opportunities provided by JRS. JRS also maintains a record of customer product interests and purchase history from our site in order to better supply products. This information is necessary for JRS to process & ship orders, inquire JRS customers about purchases, & inform customers about occasional special offers.

2. Automatic Information - Non-personal identifiable information that JRS receives & stores whenever you interact with JRS. JRS uses "cookies" which are small data files stored on your computer. The information is received when your Web browser accesses JRS, which includes:

a. IP address to measure our site traffic, diagnose problems with JRS server & administer over JRS Web site.

b. Referral site if you come to our site via a link from another Web site, the location of the referral is noted. This is used to help know where some of our users are from.

c. Browser type helps optimize JRS site to match the latest technology used by JRS’ customers.

d. Number of visits so that JRS can offer special promotions to regular customers & provide a more personalized shopping experience.

e. You can refuse cookies by turning them off on your browser. You will not be able to make a purchase from JRS site. You will still be able to browse JRS web site without any problem.
